As we know, the vast majority of the police in North America and a lot of Europe come from the soft sweet gentle end of the level two and level one cognitive functioning psychology and they're going to SAVE IT. Then they enter into the police force with absolutely no life experience. The training does nothing to actually toughen them up it only emulates it to bolster their self image.
And so what we have is nearly every single police officer has dissociaitve identity disorder. They're all uniform cop alter. Uniform cop alter has a degree in whatever it is the criminal is an expert in, uniform cop alter served in the military. They repress the memory of anything that goes against them knowing exactly what happened the moment they get there, they repress the memory of anything that goes against them being the big tough guy in charge of the situation. They say things so whimpering dissociaitve identity disorder pathetic whinny ego battle in order to dissociaitve identity disorder get you to repress the memories of everything you're saying until they whittle it down to the one that glorifies the cop ego and leaves you intimidated.
They repress the memories of any crime too heinous, they repress the memories of the majority of pedophile abductions, they can sometimes even repress the memories of a criminal who is too smart for the cops. Therefor the actual crime rate in any given city is actually five, ten, who knows fifteen times higher than is reported.
